Volunteer Opportunities
Hilltop High School. Hilltop High School in the Mission District helps pregnant and parenting teens reach higher education and become effective parents. Volunteer tutors will work in classrooms at Hilltop High School during school hours helping students with their assignments. We are looking for energetic, friendly, and open-minded people who truly have an interest in working with youth. Must be 21 and older to volunteer.
Family Developmental Center. Gain invaluable experience working in a classroom with 0-4 year old students in the Mission District at Family Developmental Center. Volunteers will play with students inside and outside, prepare the classroom for activities, and support teachers. This is a great opportunity for college students interested in early childhood education or related fields. Must be 18 and older to volunteer.
